Finnish Pancakes

Recipe by Hanna Pulkkinen

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- 8dl milk

- 4dl wheat flour

- 1,5dl sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 50 - 100 g butter

 

Step by Step:

1. Mix wheat flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

2. Mix half of milk (4dl) and eggs.

3. Whisk wheat flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder into milk and eggs.

4. Add melted butter and rest of the milk.

5. Pour the mixture on to the baking tray, lined with baking paper.

6. Bake about 30 min on 200ºC
